So far, so good with our Google App Engine CRM. I'm loving the speed at which changes are deployed as well as the removal of environment maintenance tasks. Python and Google's webapp framework programming is rather straightforward too. I can see why Python programmers enjoy the language as much as Ruby programmers enjoy theirs.
Between the last post and this post, I got tasks added to our Google App Engine app as well some better comment and task management. I predict a strong future in Google App Engine, not necessarily for our company (too early to tell) but just in general. I feel they have a winner on their hands and it will keep getting better.

the Google App Engine is great!
I used Bizz CRM v1.0 and love it.
because I really need the CRM tools for my gmail contact.
I have a question: how I can update contact to my gmail account?
Andy,
You asked: "how can I update contact to my gmail account?". The answer, unfortunately, is a simple "you cannot". Bizz CRM v1.0 contacts and your Google contacts are separate.

Scott,
Would you consider open-sourcing Fast CRM? I'd like to help extend it. It would be easy to sync your contacts from Gmail using the data apis, and teams are a must.
